BMR is expanding their business and seeks an ambitious and experienced sales person who can bring their B2B sales and marketing skills to further develop new business and grown within our business.

Reporting to the State Manager you must be able to generate business by identifying and developing new business. You must be able to maintain your external face to face sales and develop a network of contacts. Relevant reports, attendance of meetings and maintaining of an in-house data base are also primary responsibilities of the role.

You must be able to develop and manage the sales cycle from presentation/offer/accept, rate negotiation, award awareness always providing a service that upholds brand management and the values of BMR. You will be provided with the structure, support and resources needed to achieve the agreed targets.

Coming with B2B sales experience and knowledge from a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, logistics background would be looked at favourably. Outbound Telemarketer / Lead Generator

Main duties:

- Making outbound telemarketing calls business to business
Identifying and developing business
- Generating leads and appointment setting

The person we seek will have a minimum 2 years business to business outbound telemarketing experience. If you have previous recruitment industry or sales experience would be looked as beneficial.

Pallet Racking Labourers

We require fit and energetic labourers for work in throughout the Sydney Metro area to help with the installation of warehouse racking. If you have a scissor lift or forklift lic. would be an advantage.

Previous experience is preferred along with own transport as public transport is limited in some areas. You will need to be fit and energetic and if you have used hand held power tools would be an advantage (e.g. sander, grinder or drills) to put the racks/shelves together.

You will need a current White or Green card, have hard hat, steel cap work boots and fluoro shirt or vest, be able to work within a team and be flexible for overtime if required.

People with forklift or scissor ticket with experience also required.

Factory Manager

- Seeks a hands on Factory Manager
- Salary range Approx. $65K + Super

The client manufacturers a range of post tensioning products supplying to construction and mining related markets in Australia and overseas.

Reporting to the General Manager, the ideal candidate will manage and train factory staff to ensure safe and efficient production of goods and perform general maintenance of factory materials and machinery for day to day use.

The business has the environment of a family orientated business. This is a secure and stimulating position. It is however not a position for someone who is ambitious and wants to work their way up the corporate ladder.

Key responsibilities include:

- Factory staff supervision (21 employees- machine operators, assemblers)
- Goods Inward and Outward (with Factory Supervisor)
- Factory stock levels and storage
- Day-to-day machine maintenance
- Factory safety
- Production planning
- Maintain spare parts/order
- Supervise records for goods inward, delivery notes
- Supervise and organise packing and couriers for outward
- Maintain and plan forward stock levels
- Responsible for on-time delivery and accuracy
- Organise daily rosters
- Chair Workplace, Health & Safety meetings
- Attend regular meetings with General Manager
- Attend weekly production meetings

The ideal candidate:

- Must be familiar with ISO9001 Accreditation.
- An Aust Forklift license an advantage.
- Computer literate (spread sheet skills)

Our client a manufacturer of CD'S, DVD's located in Huntingwood, Western Sydney require on-call workers for their day shift: 6am-2pm Monday-Friday.

You must have acceptable numeracy and literacy skills. Work is conducted on a moving conveyor line so great hand eye coordination inserting discs in covers, assembly work and being able to identify any errors and count.

The selected candidates must be able to work in a team environment, be physically fit, reliable with good communication skills.

There is a canteen on site and lockers provided if required. You must have your own steel cap shoes.
